Abstract
Exemplary systems and methods relating to washboxes are described.
Claims17
A method, comprising:
- receiving a parameter change relating to an operating environment that includes an adjustable washbox;
- and,
- automatically reconfiguring the adjustable washbox to handle the parameter change.
A method, comprising:
- monitoring at least one parameter that relates to operation of a media bed filter;
- and,
- automatically adjusting a dimension of a media path associated with the media bed filter responsive to a change in the at least one parameter.
A washbox, comprising:
- inner and outer portions defining a tortuous media pathway therebetween;
- and,
- a mechanism for moving either the inner portion or the outer portion relative to the other of the inner portion and the outer portion to redefine the tortuous media pathway.
