Vaccine Adjuvants

A composition comprising;

• an adjuvant comprising a core molecule comprising binding moieties and ranging in size between 10 nanometers and 300 nanometers;
• a hydrophobic group bound to the core molecule through the binding moieties;
• and
• a positively charged group bound to the core molecule by the binding moieties comprising an overall positively charged molecule;
• wherein the core is selected from the group of dendrimer, dendrimer-like material, chitosan, or highly branched alpha-D-glucan such as amylopectin, phytoglycogen, or glycogen.
