Abstract
A filling device may be used to fill a ball or other inflatable item from a water source such as a hose. A filling device may include an adapter having a cylindrical body with a hollow threaded interior, one closed end and one open end. A filling coupler is coupled to the one closed end of the cylindrical body. The one closed end of the cylindrical body has an opening formed therethrough and the filling coupler is coupled to the one closed end covering the opening. The filling coupler has a hollow threaded interior in fluid communication with the opening. A tip may be removably coupled to the filling coupler. The tip may be a ball inflation needle, a water balloon filling tip or the like.
Claims20
A filling device comprising:
- an adapter, further comprising
- a cylindrical body having a hollow threaded interior, one closed end and one open end;
- a filling coupler coupled to said one closed end of said cylindrical body;
- said one closed end of said cylindrical body having an opening formed therethrough;
- wherein said filling coupler is coupled to said one closed end covering said opening;
- wherein said filling coupler has a hollow threaded interior in fluid communication with said opening;
- and
- a tip removably coupled to said filling coupler.
A filling adapter comprising:
- a first hollow cylindrical body having an open end and a partially open end;
- threads formed in the interior of said first hollow cylindrical body;
- a second hollow cylindrical body coupled to an opening in said partially open end of said first hollow cylindrical body;
- and
- a coupler coupled to said second hollow cylindrical body, wherein said coupler is configured to removably couple filling tips to said filling adapter.
A filling device comprising:
- an adapter, wherein said adapter comprises a first hollow cylindrical body;
- said adapter having a first open end and a second open end;
- wherein said adapter comprises a threaded interior;
- a coupler surrounding said second open end;
- said coupler comprising a second hollow cylindrical body;
- wherein said coupler having a threaded hollow interior;
- a filling attachment removably coupled to said coupler;
- and
- said filling attachment having an opening at a first end and a second end.
