Abstract
A self-contained, interchangeable decorative accessory is provided. The decorative accessory is backed by a low-profile hook and loop fastener that is coupled to a second low-profile hook and loop fastener. The decorative accessory may be coupled to headbands, purses, belts and the like.

A decorative accessory comprising:
- a decorative accessory including a first hook and loop patch positioned on the back of said decorative accessory;
- a base;
- a second hoop and loop patch structured to operably couple said decorative accessory to said base by coupling with said first hook and loop patch,
- wherein said decorative accessory is interchangeable with different decorative accessories.

The hook or loop will be attached to the decorative accessory and can be any size-which is solely dependent on the size of the decorative accessory.

- Velcro®-type.
