A formulation comprising at least one type of organic luminescent compound (TADF compound) and an organic solvent or a mixture of multiple organic solvents, wherein the TADF compound has a separation between the lowest triplet state T1 and the first excited singlet state S1 of less than or equal to 0.15 eV.
