Abstract
A heat-shielding laminated glass laminate contains at least one film A containing a polyvinyl acetal PA and optionally at least one plasticiser WA, and at least one film B containing a polyvinyl acetal PB and at least one plasticiser WB, positioned between two glass sheets, wherein prior to lamination: a proportion of plasticiser WA of less than 16% by weight is dispersed in film A, a proportion of plasticiser WB of at least 16% by weight is dispersed in film B, and heat-shielding particles are dispersed in film A.
Claims20
A heat-shielding laminated glass laminate, comprising at least one film A containing a polyvinyl acetal PA and optionally at least one plasticiser WA and at least one film B containing a polyvinyl acetal PB and at least one plasticiser WB between two glass sheets, wherein in each case prior to lamination
- a proportion of plasticiser WA of less than 8% by weight is dispersed in film A,
- a proportion of plasticiser WB of at least 16% by weight is dispersed in film B, and
- heat-shielding particles are dispersed in film A,
- wherein film A, prior to lamination, has a thickness of no more than 20% of the thickness of film or films B, and wherein during or following lamination, plasticizer migrates into film A from film B.
