Claims20
A method of treating, remedying, or preventing psoriasis in a subject, the method comprising topically at a pre-psoriatic rim administering to the subject a therapeutically effective dose of at least one CGRP antagonist compound in a pharmaceutically acceptable formulation.
A method of treating, remedying, or preventing psoriasis in a subject, the method comprising topically at a pre-psoriatic rim administering to the subject a therapeutically effective dose of at least one CGRP antagonist in a pharmaceutically acceptable formulation, where the pre-psoriatic rim administration comprises applying the formulation to an area substantially adjacent to a psoriatic lesion, the area having at least one of the following characteristics:
- lack of a thick scaly layer, increased amount of CGRP, and/or an uncompromised dermal transport layer.
