Abstract
The display device includes: a flexible display panel including a display portion in which scanning lines and signal lines cross each other; a supporting portion for supporting an end portion of the flexible display panel; a signal line driver circuit for outputting a signal to the signal line, which is provided for the supporting portion; and a scanning line driver circuit for outputting a signal to the scanning line, which is provided for a flexible surface of the display panel in a direction which is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the supporting portion.

- a display panel;
- and
- a display control portion electrically connected to the display panel,
- wherein the display panel comprises:
- a first substrate having a flexibility;
- and
- a display portion comprising a display element over the first substrate,
- wherein the display control portion comprises:
- an operation portion configured to perform power input and switching of display;
- and
- an internal memory comprising a memory for storing a program for processing a signal output to an image signal generation circuit on a basis of a signal of the operation portion.
A display device comprising:
- a display panel;
- and
- a supporting portion supporting an end portion of the display panel, the supporting portion comprising a display control portion electrically connected to the display panel,
- wherein the display panel comprises:
- a first substrate having a flexibility;
- and
- a display portion comprising a display element over the first substrate,
- wherein the display control portion comprises:
- an operation portion configured to perform power input and switching of display;
- and
- an internal memory comprising a memory for storing a program for processing a signal output to an image signal generation circuit on a basis of a signal of the operation portion.
A display device comprising:
- a display panel;

- a display control portion provided for the display panel so that a display portion functions as a touch display,
- wherein the display panel comprises:
- a first substrate having a flexibility;

- the display portion comprising a display element over the first substrate,
