Abstract
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for transmitting an uplink signal. A method for transmitting an uplink signal at a UE in a wireless communication system includes, when a virtual cell ID for a reference signal for demodulation of a physical uplink channel is provided, generating a sequence of the reference signal on the basis of the virtual cell ID, and transmitting the generated reference signal to an eNB. A cyclic shift hopping pattern of the reference signal can be determined on the basis of the virtual cell ID.
Claims12
A method for transmitting, by a user equipment (UE), an uplink signal, the method comprising:
- transmitting, by the UE, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and a PUCCH reference signal (PUCCH RS) for demodulation of the PUCCH;
- and
- transmitting, by the UE, a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and a PUSCH reference signal (PUSCH RS) for demodulation of the PUSCH,
- wherein the PUCCH RS is generated from a first base sequence, and the PUSCH RS is generated from a second base sequence,
- wherein each of the first and second base sequences is determined based on a group-hopping pattern, and
- wherein a group-hopping pattern fgh,PUCCH for the PUCCH RS is determined based on a first cell identity nPUCCHID∈{0, . . . , 503}, and a group hopping pattern fgh,PUSCH for the PUSCH RS is determined based on a second cell identity nPUSCHID∈{0, . . . , 509}.
A user equipment (UE) for transmitting an uplink signal, the UE comprising:
- a transmitter, and
- a processor configured to control the transmitter, the processor configured to:
- control the transmitter to transmit a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and a PUCCH reference signal (PUCCH RS) for demodulation of the PUCCH;
- and
- control the transmitter to transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and a PUSCH reference signal (PUSCH RS) for demodulation of the PUSCH,
- wherein the PUCCH RS is generated from a first base sequence, and the PUSCH RS is generated from a second base sequence,
- wherein each of the first and second base sequences is determined based on a group-hopping pattern, and
- wherein a group-hopping pattern fgh,PUCCH for the PUCCH RS is determined based on a first cell identity nPUCCHID∈{0, . . . , 503}, and a group hopping pattern fgh,PUSCH for the PUSCH RS is determined based on a second cell identity nPUSCHID∈{0, . . . , 509}.
