Abstract
According to one embodiment, a wireless device includes: a receiver configured to receive a first frame and a second frame; and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to determine, when a reception level of the first frame is a first threshold or more, whether a transmission source of the first frame belongs to a same wireless network as the wireless device, determine, when the transmission source of the first frame belongs to the same wireless network as the wireless device, a second threshold based on a reception level of the first frame, and perform, when a reception level of the second frame is a second threshold or more, reception processing of the second frame.
Claims20
A wireless device comprising:
- a receiver configured to receive a first frame and a second frame;
- and
- processing circuitry configured to determine, when a reception level of the first frame is a first threshold or more, whether a transmission source of the first frame belongs to a same wireless network as the wireless device,
- determine, when the transmission source of the first frame belongs to the same wireless network as the wireless device, a second threshold based on the reception level of the first frame, and
- perform, when a reception level of the second frame is a second threshold or more, reception processing of the second frame.
A wireless device comprising:
- a receiver configured to receive a first frame;
- a transmitter configured to transmit a second frame;
- and
- a processing circuitry configured to determine a length of a period of time during which a threshold to judge whether to perform reception processing of the first frame is determined according to a number of other wireless devices belonging to a same wireless network as the wireless device and include information indicating the length of the period in the second frame.
A wireless communication method performed by a wireless communication terminal comprising:
- determining, when a reception level of the first frame is a first threshold or more, whether a transmission source of the first frame belongs to a same wireless network as the wireless communication terminal:
- determining, when the transmission source of the first frame belongs to the same wireless network as the wireless device, a second threshold based on a reception level of the first frame:
- and
- performing, when a reception level of the second frame is a second threshold or more, reception processing of the second frame.
