Radio communication device and radio communication method

A radio communication device comprising:

• a transmission unit that transmits a part of data addressed to a first communication device, via a first path including a radio channel between the radio communication device and the first communication device and that transmits another part of data addressed to the first communication device, via a second path that goes through a second communication device;
• a reception unit that receives, via the first path in accordance with a state of data communication performed via the second path, reception state information that specifies data that has already been received by the first communication device or data that has not yet been received by the first communication device;
• and
• a control unit that decides, in accordance with the reception state information received by the reception unit, data that is to be transmitted from the transmission unit via the first path.

A radio communication system comprising:

• a first radio communication device that transmits data;
• a second radio communication device that receives and transmits a part of data transmitted from the first radio communication device;
• and
• a third radio communication device that receives data transmitted from the first radio communication device and the second radio communication device, wherein
• the third radio communication device includes
• a reception unit that receives a part of data transmitted from the first radio communication device, via a first path including a radio channel between the third radio communication device and the first radio communication device and that receives another part of data transmitted from the first radio communication device, via a second path that goes through the second radio communication device,
• a control unit that performs communication control in accordance with a state of data communication performed via the second path, and
• a transmission unit that transmits, to the first radio communication device via the first path by using control performed by the control unit in accordance with the state of the data communication performed via the second path, reception state information that specifies data that has already been received by the reception unit or data that has not yet been received by the reception unit, and
• the first radio communication device includes
• a reception state information reception unit that receives the reception state information transmitted from the transmission unit, and
• a deciding unit that decides, in accordance with the reception state information received by the reception state information reception unit, data that is to be transmitted via the first path.

A radio communication method comprising:

• receiving a part of data transmitted from a first communication device, via a first path including a radio channel from the first communication device and receiving another part of data transmitted from the first communication device, via a second path that goes through a second communication device;
• performing communication control in accordance with a state of data communication performed via the second path;
• and
• transmitting, via the first path by using control performed in accordance with the state of the data communication performed via the second path, reception state information that specifies data that has already been received via the first path and the second path or data that has not yet been received via the first path and the second path.
