Abstract
An input circuit and a semiconductor apparatus having the input circuit are provided. The input circuit may include a bias generation unit configured to generate a bias voltage. The input circuit may include a buffer unit configured to be driven according to the bias voltage and generate an internal signal by receiving a reference signal and an external signal.

An input circuit comprising:
- a bias generation unit configured to generate a bias voltage;
- and
- a buffer unit configured to be driven according to the bias voltage and generate an internal signal by receiving a reference signal and an external signal.
A semiconductor apparatus comprising:
- an input circuit configured to generate an internal signal by receiving an external signal;
- and
- an internal circuit configured to be operated by receiving the internal signal,
- wherein the input circuit includes:
- a bias generation unit configured to generate the bias voltage;
- and
- a buffer unit configured to be driven according to the bias voltage and generate the internal signal by receiving a reference signal and the external signal.
