System for analyzing a liquid sample

A system for analyzing a liquid sample, including an analysis device comprising:

• a casing delimiting an interior space and comprising a through-opening leading to a housing adapted to receive a portion of a device for collecting said liquid sample and disposed in the interior space to extend longitudinally from the opening along a so-called insertion longitudinal axis of the collecting device,
• a device for detecting and analyzing at least one representative parameter of the liquid sample,
• and including a device for collecting said liquid sample comprising:
• a main body extending along a longitudinal axis and including a measurement fluid chamber adapted to be inserted longitudinally into the housing along the insertion longitudinal axis of the latter;
• a receiving surface intended to be situated outside the housing to receive the liquid sample when the main body is inserted into the housing, assembled to the main body and extending substantially orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the main body, and comprising a collecting orifice in fluid communication with the measuring chamber.

A method of analyzing a liquid sample using an analysis system according to claim 1, wherein:

• the main body of the collecting device is introduced into the housing;
• a liquid sample is deposited on the receiving surface of the collecting device so that it is in contact with the collecting orifice;
• at least one representative parameter of the liquid sample is detected and analyzed;
• the collecting device is withdrawn from the housing of the analysis device.
