Applicator head for a dispenser, dispenser comprising an applicator head, and method for producing an applicator head

A method for producing an applicator head for a dispenser for use in particular for applying cosmetic or pharmaceutical liquids and foodstuffs, wherein,

• in the injection molding method, a multi-component injection-molded part is produced which has at least two structural portions made of a more rigid plastic and at least one structural portion made of a more elastic plastic, wherein the two more rigid structural portions are connected to each other by the more elastic structural portion, and
• during assembly, the two more rigid structural portions are fixed in position with respect to each other in a relative position deviating from the relative position during the injection molding, wherein the connecting and more elastic structural portion is elastically deformed in the process.

A method for producing an applicator head for a dispenser for use in particular for applying cosmetic or pharmaceutical liquids and foodstuffs, wherein

• an elastic structural portion made of an elastically deformable material is produced, wherein this elastic structural portion has at least elastic portions of two components from the group comprising an inlet valve, an outlet valve and an actuating handle, and
• during assembly, the at least two elastic portions of the at least two components are fixed in position with respect to each other in a relative position deviating from the relative position during the injection molding, wherein a connection area of the elastic structural portion is elastically deformed in the process.
