Abstract
Provided is a radioactive labeled compound capable of detecting a secondary mutation of an epidermal growth factor receptor, where the compound is represented by Formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where Y, L1, R1 and R2 are as defined.
Claims17
A nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging agent, comprising a compound represented by Formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:
- L1 is an alkanediyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms or an alkenediyl carbonyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms;
- R1 is a radioactive halogen atom, or a 5- to 7-membered monocyclic nitrogen-containing heterocycloalkyl optionally substituted with one substituent;
- R2 is a 6- to 8-membered aryl group or a nitrogen-containing heteroaryl group with one substituent;
- R1 and R2 are each independently a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a halogenated alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or a —(CH2)l—(O—C2H4)m—X1 group;
- l is 0 to 5;
- m is 0 to 5;
- X1 is a radioactive halogen atom or —[11C]CH3;
- either R1 or R2 contains a radioactive halogen atom or a radioactive carbon atom (11C);
- and
- Y is —NH— or —O—.
A compound represented by Formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:

- R2 is a 6- to 8-membered aryl group or nitrogen-containing heteroaryl group with one substituent;
- R1 and R2 are each independently a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a halogenated alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or a —(CH2)l—(O—C2H4)m—X1 group;
- l is 0 to 5,
- m is 0 to 5;
- X1 is a radioactive halogen atom or —[11C]CH3;
- Either R1 or R2 contains a radioactive halogen atom or a radioactive carbon atom (11C);
- and
- Y is —NH— or —O—.
A labeling precursor composition comprising a compound represented by Formula (2) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein:
- L1 is an alkanediyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms or an alkenediyl carbonyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms;
- R11 is a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, an iodine atom, or a 5- to 7-membered monocyclic nitrogen-containing heterocycloalkyl optionally substituted with one substituent;
- R12 is a 6- to 8-membered aryl group or a nitrogen-containing heteroaryl group with one substituent,
- R11 and R12 are each independently a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a halogenated alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or a —(CH2)l—(O—C2H4)m—X11 group;
