Abstract
A system for dispensing pills using a mobile device. The system comprises an expansion case, a pill container, and a dispensing mechanism. The expansion case defines a mobile device compartment configured to receive the mobile device. The expansion case further includes a communication module configured to receive a dispensing signal from the mobile device. The pill container is configured to hold a plurality of pills. The dispensing mechanism is configured to dispense a predetermined number of pills from the pill container in response to the dispensing signal.

A system for dispensing pills using a mobile device, the system comprising:
- an expansion case defining a mobile device compartment configured to receive the mobile device, the expansion case further including a communication module configured to receive a dispensing signal from the mobile device;
- a pill container configured to hold a plurality of pills;
- and
- a dispensing mechanism configured to dispense a predetermined number of pills from the pill container in response to the dispensing signal.
