Abstract
A method for repairing a cartilage defect according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, preparing a cartilage defect for implantation of a cartilage graft and attaching the cartilage graft via a transosseus tunnel.
Claims14
A method for repairing a cartilage defect comprising:
- a) drilling at least one transosseus tunnel;
- b) tensioning a flexible strand that is passed through a cartilage graft through at least one transosseus tunnel;
- and
- c) fixating the cartilage graft to bone.
