Abstract
A heat treatment apparatus includes a cooling chamber configured to perform cooling of a treatment object, a conveyance chamber installed above the cooling chamber and configured to convey the treatment object, a lift table on which the treatment object is placed, and a lift mechanism having a driving apparatus installed above the lift table and configured to raise and lower the lift table between the cooling chamber and the conveyance chamber using the driving apparatus.

A heat treatment apparatus comprising:
- a cooling chamber configured to perform cooling of a treatment object;
- a conveyance chamber which is installed above the cooling chamber and is configured to convey the treatment object;
- a lift table on which the treatment object is placed;
- and
- a lift mechanism which has a driving apparatus installed above the lift table and is configured to raise and lower the lift table between the cooling chamber and the conveyance chamber using the driving apparatus.
