Described is a pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) a parvovirus and (b) a cytokine, preferably IFN-γ, and the use of said composition for treatment of cancer, e.g., a brain tumor.

A pharmaceutical composition containing a parvovirus and a cytokine, wherein said cytokine is IFN-γ and wherein the parvovirus is H1 (H1-PV) and wherein the cytokine and the parvovirus are separate entities.
