A message may be received from an information service provider in accordance with a previously defined request. The defined request may include one or more parameters specifying requested data. The message may include data provided in accordance with the one or more parameters. The data in the message may be processed to create a data object. The data object may include at least a portion of the data provided in accordance with the one or more parameters. The data object may be stored in a database. The data object may then be provided for display on a display device in an information feed associated with the record. ## Claims ### Claim at position 1 1-20. (canceled) ### Claim 21 A system comprising: a database system implemented using a server system, the database system configurable to cause: maintaining, through one or more databases of the database system, records storing data pertaining to business operations of an organization; processing news content published online by a news source, the news content having been received in accordance with one or more user-designated parameters of a request for news, the news source being independent of the organization, the one or more user-designated parameters identifying at least the news source, the processing comprising obtaining one or more news articles; creating or updating, through one or more databases of the database system, one or more data objects to identify the one or more news articles in association with at least the news source, the one or more news articles being further identifiable in association with one or more of the records; processing news content published online by a news source, the news content having been received in accordance with one or more user-designated parameters of a request for news, the news source being independent of the organization, the one or more user-designated parameters identifying at least the news source, the processing comprising obtaining one or more news articles; creating or updating, through one or more databases of the database system, one or more data objects to identify the one or more news articles in association with at least the news source, the one or more news articles being further identifiable in association with one or more of the records;
