Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods of treating a tauopathy, involving administering an anti-Tau antibody. The present disclosure also provides anti-Tau antibodies, and formulations comprising same, for use in the methods.

A humanized antibody that specifically binds Tau, wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:37 and a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:41.
A humanized antibody that specifically binds Tau comprising heavy and light chain variable regions, wherein the heavy chain variable region comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:37.
A humanized antibody that specifically binds Tau comprising heavy and light chain variable regions, wherein the light chain variable region comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:41.
