## Abstract

The present invention is directed to compositions and method for providing radio-imaging and radiotherapy for cancer. In particular, methods for making and using radio-labeled anti-HAAH antibodies for tumor imaging and immunotherapy are provided.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for killing cancer cells, comprising the steps of:
conjugating a radioisotope to an antibody which binds to human aspartyl (asparaginyl) β-hydroxylase (HAAH) to form a radiolabeled antibody and contacting cancer cells with the radiolabeled antibody which binds to HAAH, thereby killing the cancer cells.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein said radioisotope is selected from the group consisting of 213Bi, 90Y and 111In.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer cells are leukemia cells.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein the radioisotope is 213Bi.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The method of claim 4, wherein the antibody which binds to HAAH is PAN-622.

### Claim 6

A method for treating cancerous tissue in a mammal, comprising the steps of:
conjugating a radioisotope to an antibody which binds to human aspartyl (asparaginyl) β-hydroxylase (HAAH) to form a radiolabeled antibody and contacting cancerous tissue of said mammal with the radiolabeled antibody which binds to HAAH.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The method of claim 6, wherein said radioisotope is 213Bi.

### Claim 8 (depends on 6)

The method of claim 6, wherein said radioisotope is 111In.

### Claim 9 (depends on 6)

The method of claim 6, wherein said radioisotope is 90Y.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, wherein the antibody which binds to HAAH is PAN-622.

### Claim 11 (depends on 9)

The method of claim 9, wherein the antibody which binds to HAAH is PAN-622.

### Claim 12

A radioimmunoconjugate comprising a chelating agent, a radioisotope, and a fully human anti-HAAH antibody.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The radioimmunoconjugate of claim 12, wherein the radioisotope is 213Bi.

### Claim 14 (depends on 12)

The radioimmunoconjugate of claim 12, wherein the radioisotope is

### Claim 15 (depends on 12)

The method of claim 12, wherein said radioisotope is 90Y.

### Claim 16 (depends on 12)

The radioimmunoconjugate of claim 12, wherein the fully human anti-HAAH antibody is PAN-622.
