The body can include an intermediate layer disposed between a first exterior layer and a second exterior layer. A recess can be formed in the intermediate layer. An insert can be at least partially disposed within the recess. An opening can be defined by a first end of the intermediate layer and the first exterior layer that can enable the insert to be removed from the recess to an exterior of the body. At least a portion of the insert can be exposed to the exterior of the body through an opening defined by the first exterior layer. The first exterior layer can be in contact with the insert to retain the insert within the recess.
