The setting related information is one of: setting information stored in a storage unit in association with identification information received through the receiving unit; and acquisition information used for acquiring the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit. ## Claims ### Claim 1 An image processing apparatus comprising: a first communication unit configured to perform wireless communication with a portable terminal in a first communication method; a storage unit configured to store therein at least one set of identification information and at least one set of setting information for target processing in association with each other, each of the at least one set of identification information being associated with one of the at least one set of setting information, the target processing including at least one of scan processing and print processing; a receiving unit configured to receive identification information, the identification information received by the receiving unit being one of the at least one set of identification information; and a controller configured to transmit setting related information to the portable terminal in response to performing one of receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and establishment of the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the first communication method within a prescribed period of time from performing another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and the establishment of the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the first communication method, wherein the setting related information is one of: setting information for the target processing stored in the storage unit in association with identification information received through the receiving unit; and acquisition information used for acquiring the setting information for the target processing stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The image processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the controller transmits the setting related information to the portable terminal if the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the first communication method is established within the prescribed period of time from the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit; and wherein the controller is further configured to execute the target processing using the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit if the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the first communication method is not established within the prescribed period of time from the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit. ### Claim 3 (depends on 1) The image processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the controller transmits the setting related information to the portable terminal through the wireless communication in the first communication method, in response to establishment of the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the first communication method within the prescribed period of time from the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit. ### Claim 4 (depends on 3) The image processing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the controller is further configured to execute the target processing in response to receipt of an instruction to execute the target processing from the portable terminal through the wireless communication in the first communication method. ### Claim 5 (depends on 4) The image processing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the controller is configured to execute, in response to the receipt of setting information for the target processing and the instruction to execute the target processing from the portable terminal, the target processing using the setting information received from the portable terminal. ### Claim 6 (depends on 5) The image processing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the controller is further configured to overwrite the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit when the setting information received from the portable terminal is different from the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit, wherein the overwriting of the setting information is performed by storing, as the setting information in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit, the setting information received from the portable terminal in the storage unit. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The image processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a second communication unit configured to perform wireless communication with the portable terminal in a second communication method different from the first communication method; wherein the controller is configured to: transmit communication information to the portable terminal through the wireless communication in the first communication method, the communication information being used for establishing the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the second communication method; establish, using the communication information, the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the second communication method through the second communication unit; and transmit the setting related information to the portable terminal through the wireless communication in the second communication method in response to the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit within the prescribed period of time from the establishment of the wireless communication with the portable terminal in the second communication method, wherein the setting related information is the setting information stored in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit. ### Claim 8 (depends on 7) The image processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the controller is further configured to execute the target processing in response to receipt of an instruction to execute the target processing from the portable terminal through the wireless communication in the second communication method. ### Claim 9 (depends on 8) The image processing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the controller is configured to execute, in response to receipt of both setting information for the target processing and the instruction to execute the target processing from the portable terminal, the target processing using the setting information received from the portable terminal. ### Claim 10 (depends on 9) The image processing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the controller is further configured to overwrite the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit, when the setting information received from the portable terminal is different from the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit, wherein the overwriting the setting information is performed by storing, as the setting information in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit, the setting information received from the portable terminal in the storage unit. ### Claim 11 (depends on 1) The image processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the receiving unit includes a reader configured to read a recording medium storing identification information and to receive the identification information stored in the recording medium. ### Claim 12 (depends on 1) The image processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the receiving unit includes an operating unit configured to receive a user's operation and is configured to receive identification information corresponding to the user's operation. ### Claim 13 An image processing apparatus comprising: a reader configured to read specification information from a recording medium, the specification information relating to a transmission destination; a storage unit configured to store therein at least one set of identification information and at least one set of setting information for target processing in association with each other, each of at least one set of identification information being associated with one of the at least one set of setting information, the target processing including at least one of scan processing and print processing; a receiving unit configured to receive identification information; and a controller configured to transmit setting related information to the transmission destination based on the specification information, in response to performing one of receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and reading the specification information from the recording medium through the reader within a prescribed period of time from performing another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and the reading the specification information from the recording medium through the reader, wherein the setting related information is one of: setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit; and acquisition information used for acquiring the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit. ### Claim 14 (depends on 13) The image processing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the controller transmits the setting related information to the transmission destination based on the specification information if the reader reads the specification information from the recording medium within the prescribed period of time from the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit; and wherein the controller is further configured to execute the target processing using the setting information in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit if the reader does not read the specification information from the recording medium within the prescribed period of time from the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit. ### Claim 15 (depends on 14) The image processing apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the reader is configured to read authentication information from the recording medium as the specification information, wherein the authentication information is used for user authentication and is linked to transmission information indicative of the transmission destination; wherein the controller is configured to transmit the setting related information to the transmission destination indicated by the transmission information linked to the authentication information read by the reader, in response to performing one of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and reading the authentication information from the recording medium through the reader within the prescribed period of time from performing another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and the reading the authentication information from the recording medium through the reader. ### Claim 16 (depends on 14) The image apparatus according to claim 14, further comprising an Web server storing page data for displaying an Web page, the Web page including setting information identical to the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit; wherein the controller is configured to transmit the acquisition information to the transmission destination based on the specification information read from the recording medium by the reader, in response to performing one of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and the reading the specification information from the recording medium within the prescribed period of time from performing another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and the reading the specification information from the recording medium through the reader, the acquisition information being an URL used for acquiring the page data from the Web server. ### Claim 17 (depends on 16) The image processing apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the Web page further includes an instruction receiving portion configured to receive an instruction to execute the target processing using the setting information. ### Claim 18 (depends on 16) The image processing apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the Web page further includes a changing portion configured to change the setting information for the target processing. ### Claim 19 (depends on 13) The image processing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the receiving unit includes the reader, the reader being further configured to read identification information from another recording medium different from the recording medium storing the specification information; wherein the receiving unit receives the identification information read from the another recording medium by reading through the reader. ### Claim 20 (depends on 13) The image processing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the receiving unit includes an operating unit configured to receive a user's operation and is configured to receive identification information corresponding to the user's operation. ### Claim 21 A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a set of program instructions executed by a computer, the computer being configured to perform target processing and to establish wireless communication with a portable terminal, the program instructions comprising: determining whether or not one of receipt of identification information through a receiving unit of the computer and establishment of wireless communication with the portable terminal is preformed within a prescribed period of time from performing another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit of the computer and the establishment of the wireless communication with the portable terminal; and transmitting setting related information to the portable terminal in response to determination that the one of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit of the computer and the establishment of wireless communication with the portable terminal is preformed within the prescribed period of time from performing the another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit of the computer and the establishment of the wireless communication with the portable terminal, wherein the setting related information is one of: setting information for the target processing stored in a storage unit of the computer in association with the identification information; and acquisition information used for acquiring the setting information for the target processing stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information. ### Claim 22 A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a set of program instructions executed by a computer, the program instructions comprising: determining whether or not one of receipt of identification information through a receiving unit of the computer and reading specification information from a recording medium through a reader of the computer is performed within a prescribed period of time from performing another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and the reading the specification information from the recording medium through the reader; and transmitting setting related information to the transmission destination based on the specification information, in response to determination that the one of receipt of identification information through the receiving unit of the computer and reading specification information from the recording medium through the reader of the computer is performed within the prescribed period of time from performing the another of the receipt of the identification information through the receiving unit and the reading the specification information from the recording medium through the reader, wherein the setting related information is one of: setting information stored in a storage unit of the computer in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit; and acquisition information used for acquiring the setting information stored in the storage unit in association with the identification information received through the receiving unit.
