A pharmaceutical composition for treating a cell proliferation disorder, comprising:
- at least one activatable pharmaceutical agent capable of activation and of causing a predetermined cellular change;
- at least one plasmonics-active agent capable of enhancing or modifying energy;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
