Abstract
The present invention relates to Polycyclic Heterocycle Derivatives, such as compound 1: (1) compositions comprising the Polycyclic Heterocycle Derivatives, and methods of using the Polycyclic Heterocycle Derivatives for treating or preventing HCV infection in a patient.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- (i) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier;
- (ii) a compound having the structure:
- or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and (iii) a compound having the structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the amounts of the compounds of (ii) and (iii) are together effective to treat HCV infection in a patient.

A method of treating a patient infected with HCV, the method comprising administering to the patient:
- (i) a compound having the structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) a compound having the structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the amounts administered of the compounds of (i) and (ii) are together effective to treat the HCV infection.
