Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods of using protein kinase inhibitors for treating diseases and conditions, including diseases and conditions associated with activity of any protein kinase selected from Fms protein kinase including any mutations thereof, Kit protein kinase any mutations thereof, Flt-3 protein kinase any mutations thereof and combinations thereof.

A method for treating a subject suffering from breast cancer, or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST), said method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound having the formula:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a prodrug, a tautomer or an isomer thereof, wherein:
- the subject suffering from breast cancer is further administered eribulin mesylate;
- and
- the subject suffering from MPNST is further administered sirolimus.
