Disclosed herein are methods for treating an individual diagnosed with ABC-DLBCL. The methods include administering to the individual an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk).

A method for treating diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, activated B cell-like subtype (ABC-DLBCL), in an individual in need thereof, comprising:
- administering to the individual a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase.
