Abstract
A food arrangement with at least one receptacle which is filled with a liquid, sterile food; a connector, which is introduced into the receptacle and has a pierced membrane arranged in a filler neck; and a tamper-evident seal, which is connected to the connector and closes the filler neck. A sterile food arrangement is thus made available, without the need for final autoclaving of the entire filled receptacle.

A food arrangement having at least
- one receptacle which is filled with a liquid, sterile food;
- a connector which is inserted into the receptacle, with a punctured diaphragm which is arranged in a filling spout;
- and
- a tamper-evident closure which is connected to the connector and closes the filling spout.

A method for producing a food arrangement with a liquid food, said method having the steps:
- provide a receptacle for a liquid food with a connector, which is inserted into the receptacle and comprises a diaphragm, which hermetically seals an interior that is formed in the receptacle, wherein the interior of the receptacle is sterile,
- sterilize, preferably in an aseptic environment, at least one outside surface of the diaphragm of the receptacle which is provided with the sterile interior,
- puncture the sterilized diaphragm in an aseptic environment,
- fill the receptacle with a sterile food by means of the connector with the diaphragm sterilized and punctured by means of a filling nozzle in an aseptic environment and
- close the filled receptacle by fitting a tamper-evident closure onto the connector with the punctured diaphragm in an aseptic environment.
