Latch assembly for securing tracks and dividers to a front rail

A merchandising assembly comprising:

• a rail configured to be mounted to an associated shelf;
• a cooperating member adapted to be mounted to the rail;
• and
• a latch configured to selectively attach the cooperating member to the rail, the latch comprising:
• a one-piece U-shaped body including a first arm, a second arm spaced from the first arm, and a link portion which connects the first arm to the second arm, wherein the body comprises a resilient material such that the first arm is movable in relation to the second arm, and
• a press surface defined on the first arm and configured to be pressed by an associated user to urge the first arm towards the second arm.

A merchandising assembly comprising:

• an elongated rail configured to be mounted to an associated shelf, the rail including a first longitudinal axis;
• an elongated cooperating member adapted to be mounted to the rail, the cooperating member including a second longitudinal axis, wherein the second longitudinal axis is oriented perpendicular to the first longitudinal axis;
• and
• a latch configured to selectively attach the cooperating member to the rail, the latch being of one piece and comprising:
• a U-shaped body including a first arm, a second arm spaced from the first arm, and a link portion which connects the first arm to the second arm, wherein the body comprises a resilient material such that the first arm is movable in relation to the second arm, and wherein one of the first and second arms engages the rail when the first arm is not biased towards the second arm and the other of the first and second arms engages the cooperating member.
