Electronic device and method of registering fingerprint in electronic device

A method of registering a fingerprint in an electronic device, the method comprising:

• displaying information of an initially received fingerprint of a user;
• changing a display attribute of at least one fingerprint of the user that is sequentially received after the initially received fingerprint of the user;
• displaying the at least one fingerprint of the user according to the changed display attribute;
• registering a final fingerprint generated using at least one of the plurality of sequentially received fingerprints.

A computer readable recording medium in which a program performed on a computer is recorded, wherein the program comprises executable commands that, when a processor is executed, allows the processor to perform:

• an operation of displaying information of an initially received fingerprint of a user;
• an operation of changing a display attribute of at least one fingerprint of the user that is sequentially received after the initially received fingerprint of the user;
• an operation of displaying the at least one fingerprint of the user according to the changed display attribute;
• and
• an operation of register a final fingerprint generated using at least one of the plurality of sequentially received fingerprints.
