An isolated antibody or antibody fragment thereof that binds to a voltage sensor paddle (VSP) of NaV1.7.
An isolated nucleic acid encoding the antibody or antibody fragment of claim 1.
An isolated antibody or antibody fragment thereof which binds to NaV1.7, wherein the antibody or antibody fragment binds to an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:20.
A peptide comprising
- (a) an amino acid sequence having at least 80% or at least 95% identity with an amino sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:21;
- (b) an amino acid sequence having at least 80% or at least 95% identity with an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:23;
- (c) an amino acid sequence having at least 80% or at least 95% identity with an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:50;
- or
- (d) an amino acid sequence having at least 80% or at least 95% identity with an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:51.
