Abstract
A method for manufacturing a dispenser part, such as a dispenser or a part of a dispenser, having at least two component parts joined by a seam extending from a first side edge to a second side edge of the dispenser part. The method involves using a single mould and producing the dispenser part using a two component injection moulding process. A dispenser or a dispenser part including at least two component parts joined by a seam achieved by the method, and a component part used in such a dispenser or dispenser part are also described.

- A dispenser, comprising:
- at least two component parts joined by a seam comprising at least one step,
- wherein the seam extends from a first free side edge on a first side surface of the dispenser to a second free side edge on a second side of the dispenser and has a longitudinal direction defined as the direction of the front edge of the respective component part where they are joined by the seam, and
- wherein the dispenser is manufactured by using a two component injection moulding process using a single mould.

- A component part of a dispenser part manufactured by using a two component injection moulding process using a single mould, the two component injection moulding process creating at least two component parts joined by a seam, which seam has a longitudinal direction defined as the direction of the front edge of the respective component part where they are joined by the seam, and where at least one seam is arranged to extend from a first free side edge on a first side surface of the dispenser part to a second free side edge on a second side surface of the dispenser part, the component part arranged to be made during a first injection moulding step, the component part comprising:
- raised contact increasing means along a first edge of the component part, the raised contact increasing means arranged to extend at right angles to an outer surface of the dispenser part adjacent the first edge.
