{4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in the prevention or treatment of AKI (acute kidney injury). Medicament and pharmaceutical composition thereof.

{4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in the prevention or treatment of AKI (acute kidney injury).
{4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in the prevention or treatment of AKI (acute kidney injury), wherein {4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid is a selective S1P1 agonist which does not induce receptor desensitization.
{4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use without lymphopenic effect in the prevention or treatment of AKI.
Medicament comprising as active ingredient {4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
Method of treating AKI in a patient in need thereof comprising administering to said patient a therapeutically effective amount of {4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
An article of manufacture comprising:
- a packaging material;
- a pharmaceutical composition comprising {4-[5-(3-chloro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-2,6-dimethyl-phenoxy}-acetic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient;
- and
- a label or package insert contained within the packaging material indicating that a patient can be treated for AKI with the pharmaceutical composition.
