A compound of structural Formula I

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, or prodrug thereof, wherein:
• R1 is chosen from hydrogen, aryl, alkyl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, and CONR10R11, any of which may be optionally substituted.
• R2 is chosen from aryl and heteroaryl, either of which may be optionally substituted;
• and
• R10 and R11 are each independently chosen from hydrogen, lower alkyl, aryl, or optionally, R10 and R11 can be taken together to form a heterocycloalkyl, or heteroaryl.
