Therapeutic cushioning pants

A wearable therapeutic apparatus, comprising:

• a pair of pants comprising:
• a front panel and a rear panel that are comprised of pant material and share a common groin area;
• securing means for detachably securing the pant material along a left lateral side and a right lateral side to form a left pant leg and a right pant leg, the securing means extending down an entirety or a portion of each pant leg;
• cinching means for cinching the pant material about a waist of a user;
• receiving means that are detachably engageable with attaching means of a cushion;
• and
• the cushion comprising:
• the attaching means that are detachably engageable with the receiving means of the pair of pants.

A method for improving the alignment and positioning of a user's hips or leg comprising:

• providing a pair of therapeutic pants comprising:
• a front panel and a rear panel that are made of pant material and share a common groin area;
• means for detachably securing the pant material along a left lateral side and a right lateral side;
• and
• a pocket configured to retain a cushion that is removable from the pocket;
• fastening the means for detachably securing along the left lateral side and the right lateral side to form a left pant leg and a right pant leg;
• and
• inserting the cushion into the pocket to align the user's hips or position the user's leg in a particular orientation.
