Abstract
An apparatus for locking a vehicle seat-rail that includes: a locking pin that is provided to pass through the fixing bracket and is linearly movable; and a detachment preventing means that inhibits the locking pin from being detached from the fixing bracket in a direction, while allowing the linear movement of the locking pin.

An apparatus for locking a vehicle seat-rail, comprising:
- a locking pin configured to pass through a fixing bracket and configured to be linearly movable;
- and
- a detachment preventing means configured to inhibit the locking pin from being detached from the fixing bracket in a direction, while allowing the linear movement of the locking pin.
