Abstract
Biomedical containers for sampling and mixing biological fluids are disclosed. The biomedical containers are at least substantially spherical and include access sites for accessing the container interior. The containers may be included as part of a disposable biological fluid processing kit.

A biomedical container comprising an at least substantially spherical profile, said container comprising a wall defining an at least substantially spherical interior chamber, said container comprising an inlet and one or more access sites.

- a venipuncture access device,
- a biological fluid collection container,
- a flow path between said venipuncture access device and said biological fluid collection container and
- a biomedical container comprising a substantially spherical outer wall defining a substantially spherical interior chamber, said biomedical container comprising an inlet and one or more access sites.
