Abstract
A cutting tool for cutting flexible building materials, such as, for example, rubber or vinyl baseboards, chair rails and crown molding, at an angle. The cutting tool includes a base connected to a pair of risers with a hinge connection and a blade holder and blade positioned between the risers. The blade can be set to a range of angles relative to the base by rotating the risers.

A cutting tool for cutting a sheet of flexible material, the cutting tool comprising:
- a base including a support surface;
- a blade holder including a blade;
- a handle;
- wherein the blade holder and the blade are movable between a starting position and a final cutting position by rotating the handle;
- and
- wherein the blade holder is positionable at a plurality of angular positions to align the blade at an angle relative to the base;
- wherein the blade is positioned at a first angle to the base to cut the sheet of flexible material at a second angle, wherein the first angle is greater than the second angle.
