Abstract
A display, an proximity sensor, and the like are provided in a housing of a mobile phone. For example, when a user brings the mobile phone closer to his/her face with a lock screen being displayed as a predetermined screen, approach of the face may be detected, and a voice recognition function may be executed. In this state, when address data registered is specified and voice instructing calling is input, a telephone function may be specified as a function to be executed, and any address data may be selected from a recognition result. Calling processing may be executed based on a telephone number included in the address data.
Claims10
A mobile phone including a display module, comprising:
- a detection module configured to detect approach of a target object;
- and
- at least one processor,
- the at least one processor is configured to
- determine whether the detection module has detected approach of the target object while a predetermined screen is displayed on the display module,
- when it is determined that approach of the target object has been detected, recognize voice having been input while approach of the target object is detected, and
- when a recognition result of the voice instructs calling, make a call based on the recognition result.
A voice operation method in a mobile phone including a display module and a detection module configured to detect approach of a target object, comprising:
- determining whether the detection module has detected approach of the target object while a predetermined screen is displayed on the display module;
- when the determination step determines that approach of the target object has been detected, recognizing voice having been input while approach of the target object is detected;
- and
- when a recognition result of the voice recognition step instructs calling, making a call based on the recognition result.
A mobile terminal including a display module, comprising:
- a detection module configured to detect approach of a target object;
- and
- at least one processor,
- the at least one processor is configured to
- determine whether the detection module has detected approach of the target object while a predetermined screen is displayed on the display module,
- when it is determined that approach of the target object has been detected, recognize voice having been input while approach of the target object is detected, and
- when a recognition result of the voice is valid, execute a function based on the recognition result.
