• a first receiving unit, configured to receive downlink data and/or downlink Demodulation Reference Signals (DMRSs) from one Node B or multiple Nodes B by N terminals, N being a positive integer larger than or equal to 2;
• and
• a first forwarding unit, configured to forward the downlink data and/or downlink DMRSs received from the one Node B or multiple Nodes B to M terminal(s) by one terminal in the N terminals, M being a positive integer larger than or equal to 1.

A downlink virtual multi-antenna system, comprising:

• a first forwarding unit, configured to forward downlink data and/or downlink Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) of a Node B that are/is received from one terminal in N terminals to M terminal(s), M being a positive integer larger than or equal to 1;
• and
• a second receiving unit, configured to receive downlink data and/or downlink DMRS from other terminal(s) or centralized processing device(s) by one terminal.
