Abstract
A medical image processing apparatus for receiving a target phase data set and a reference phase data set at different times, obtaining a segmentation of an elongated structure in the target phase data and the reference phase data set, determining a target phase line along the segmentation of the elongated structure in the target phase data set and a reference phase line along the segmentation of the elongated structure in the reference phase data set, and determining a synthesized target phase line by combining the target phase line and reference phase line.
Claims20
A medical imaging data processing apparatus, comprising:
- a data receiving unit configured to receive a target phase data set and a reference phase data set, wherein the target phase data set and the reference phase data set are representative of a region of a patient at different times;
- a segmentation unit configured to obtain a segmentation of an elongated structure in the target phase data set and to obtain a segmentation of the elongated structure in the reference phase data set;
- a line determination unit configured to determine a target phase line along the segmentation of the elongated structure in the target phase data set and to determine a reference phase line along the segmentation of the elongated structure in the reference phase data set;
- and
- a synthesis unit configured to determine a synthesized target phase line by combining at least part of the target phase line and at least part of the reference phase line.
An apparatus, comprising
- a matching unit configured to perform a matching of a representation of a first vessel and a representation of a second vessel using a Markov Random Field matching process.
A medical imaging data processing method, comprising:
- receiving a target phase data set and a reference phase data set, wherein the target phase data set and the reference phase data set are representative of a region of a patient at different times;
- obtaining a segmentation of an elongated structure in the target phase data set and obtaining a segmentation of the elongated structure in the reference phase data set;
- determining a target phase line along the segmentation of the elongated structure in the target phase data set and determining a reference phase line along the segmentation of the elongated structure in the reference phase data set;
- and
- determining a synthesized target phase line by combining the target phase line and reference phase line.
