Case management system

A case management system, including a web-based content access user interface, comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium including computer executable instructions for configuring the processor to carry out a method including:

• providing an electronic user interface that allows system users to remotely access case information via the web-based content access user interface;
• implementing a system service including:
• a file management system, and
• an administration utility that creates content pages by populating templates;
• maintaining a database of content accessed by users via the web-based content access user interface;
• extracting content from the database to facilitate accessing content through the web-based content access user interface;
• and
• directly transferring, by a client e-mail publisher, an email message file from an e-mail program storage space to the database of content, of the case management system,
• wherein a client e-mail publisher utility is configured to be directly accessed, via a user-activated control in an e-mail user interface, to:
• receive identification of the email message file selected for publication, and transfer the email message file to the client e-mail publisher, and
• wherein the e-mail program storage space and the client e-mail publisher are external to the case management system.
