Abstract
Tracking the time can be invaluable to companies which send agents into the field where supervising the type, quality, and quantity of service provided can be difficult. The described features ensure that an agent dispatched to a location has been properly trained to perform a requested work order and has spent the proper amount of time at the site to perform the work.

A method of displaying contextual content, the method comprising:
- scanning a machine readable code with a mobile device connected to a network;
- and
- triggering display of a threadsite using the machine readable code, wherein the threadsite is concurrently displayable on the mobile device and on another mobile device connected to the network, wherein the threadsite includes content comprising videos, audio, pictures, or text updated in real-time.
