Abstract
An example information processing apparatus includes a display; storage configured to store one or more applications; and a hardware processor configured to control the display to display a menu screen, including one or more selection images operable for launching applications, both when the information processing apparatus is started and when executing of a launched application is stopped. The processor is further configured to automatically change an aspect of the menu screen after the information processing apparatus is turned off and re-started.

An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a display;
- storage configured to store one or more applications;
- and
- a hardware processor configured to control the display to display a menu screen, comprising one or more selection images operable for launching applications, both when the information processing apparatus is started and when executing of a launched application is stopped,
- wherein the processor is further configured to automatically change an aspect of the menu screen after the information processing apparatus is turned off and re-started.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program which, when executed by a hardware processor of an information processing apparatus including a display and storage configured to store one or more applications, causes the hardware processor to control the information processing apparatus to perform operations comprising:
- display, on the display, a menu screen, comprising one or more selection images operable for launching applications, both when the information processing apparatus is started and when executing of a launched application is stopped;
- and
- automatically change an aspect of the menu screen after the information processing apparatus is turned off and re-started.
An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a display;
- storage configured to store one or more applications;
- and
- a hardware processor configured to control the display to display a menu screen, comprising one or more selection images operable for launching applications, both when the information processing apparatus is started and when executing of a launched application is stopped,
- wherein the processor is further configured to automatically change an aspect of the menu screen after the information processing apparatus returns to operation from a reduced-power state.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program which, when executed by a hardware processor of an information processing apparatus including a display and storage configured to store one or more applications, causes the hardware processor to control the information processing apparatus to perform operations comprising:
- display, on the display, a menu screen, comprising one or more selection images operable for launching applications, both when the information processing apparatus is started and when executing of a launched application is stopped;
- and
- automatically change an aspect of the menu screen after the information processing apparatus returns to operation from a reduced-power state.
An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a display;
- storage configured to store one or more applications;
- and
- a hardware processor configured to control the display to display a menu screen, comprising one or more selection images operable for launching applications, both when the information processing apparatus is started and when executing of a launched application is stopped,
- wherein the processor is further configured to automatically change an aspect of the menu screen after the information processing apparatus returns to the menu screen when the executing of a launched application is stopped.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program which, when executed by a hardware processor of an information processing apparatus including a display and storage configured to store one or more applications, causes the hardware processor to control the information processing apparatus to perform operations comprising:
- display, on the display, a menu screen, comprising one or more selection images operable for launching applications, both when the information processing apparatus is started and when executing of a launched application is stopped;
- and
- automatically change an aspect of the menu screen after the information processing apparatus after the information processing apparatus returns to the menu screen when the executing of a launched application is stopped.
