Touch panel, method of producing the same, optical thin film substrate and method of producing the same

A method of producing a touch panel, comprising:

• preparing a cover substrate;
• forming a color layer on an area of the cover substrate other than a display area in a vacuum:
• forming a shield layer on the color layer in a vacuum, the shield layer having a multilayer structure obtained by alternately laminating a dielectric layer and a metal layer so that the dielectric layer is thicker than the metal layer;
• and
• adhering a touch panel substrate onto the shield layer.

An optical thin film substrate, comprising:

• a substrate;
• a color layer being provided on the substrate;
• and
• a shield layer being provided on the color layer and formed from a multilayer structure configured so that a metal layer and a dielectric layer which is thicker than the metal layer are alternately laminated.

A method of producing an optical thin film substrate, comprising:

• preparing a substrate;
• forming a color layer on the substrate in a vacuum:
• and
• forming a shield layer on the color layer in a vacuum, the shield layer having a multilayer structure obtained by alternately laminating a dielectric layer and a metal layer so that the dielectric layer is thicker than the metal layer.
