Abstract
A door leaf device for mass transportation vehicles is provided. The door leaf device comprises first and second panels, having opposing inner side surfaces, forming an inner space in between and a core layer, filling the inner space between the inner side surfaces of the first and second panels. The inner side surfaces of the first and second panels each comprise at least one fastening means or element, engaging the core layer.

A door leaf device for mass transportation vehicles, comprising:
- first and second panels, having opposing inner side surfaces, forming an inner space in between;
- and
- a core layer, filling the inner space between the inner side surfaces of the first and second panels,
- wherein the inner side surfaces of the first and second panels each comprise at least one fastening element engaging the core layer.

A method for producing a door leaf device for mass transportation vehicles, comprising:
- producing first and second panels having inner side surfaces;
- arranging the first and second panels, facing each other with the inner side surfaces, to form an inner space in between;
- and
- filling the inner space between the first and second panels with a core material forming a core layer;
- wherein the inner side surfaces of the first and second panels each comprise at least one fastening means element engaging the core layer.
