Abstract
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a bezel using UV-curable inkjet ink, including: a) subjecting a substrate to inkjet printing using UV-curable inkjet ink, thus forming a substrate having a bezel; b) thermally treating the substrate having the bezel in an oven or on a hot plate, thus eliminating cure shrinkage; and c) irradiating the bezel with UV light, thus forming a cured bezel.
Claims20
A method of manufacturing a bezel using UV-curable inkjet ink, comprising:
- a) subjecting a substrate to inkjet printing using UV-curable inkjet ink, thus forming a substrate having a bezel;
- b) thermally treating the substrate having the bezel in an oven or on a hot plate, thus eliminating cure shrinkage;
- and
- c) irradiating the bezel with UV light, thus forming a cured bezel.
A UV-curable ink composition for inkjet printing, comprising a pigment dispersion, an adhesion promoter, a binder solution, a multifunctional monomer, and a photoinitiator.
