Triazole compounds and their use as gamma secretase modulators

A compound of formula (I)

• wherein:
• A is 4-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl
• R1 is methoxy;
• R2 is C1-6-alkyl optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of hydroxy, halo and cyano;
• C3-7-cyclo alkyl-C1-3-alkyl;
• heterocyclyl-C1-3-alkyl;
• or phenyl-C1-3-alkyl;
• wherein any C3-7-cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl and phenyl rings are optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of fluoro and C1-3-alkyl;
• and
• R3 and R4 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-6-alkyl, fluoro-C1-6-alkyl, hydroxy-C1-6-alkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl-C1-3-alkyl, phenyl, and phenyl-C1-3-alkyl, wherein any C3-7-cycloalkyl and phenyl rings are optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of fluoro and C1-3-alkyl;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
