Abstract
A mold for forming a tire for a non-pneumatic or hybrid tire. Claims8
A mold for forming a spoke for a tire said mold comprising a first mold half, a second mold half, cavities and telescoping cores having an angled shut off surface that extend past the cavities and into a mold half and contact or nearly contact said mold half on said angled shut off surface.
A mold for forming a spoke for a tire said mold comprising a first mold half, a second mold half, cavities and telescoping cores having an angled shut off surface that extend past the cavities and into a mold half and contact or nearly contact said mold half on said angled shut off surface, wherein the cavities have a radius at their end portion opposite the side of the cavity that is proximate to an angled shut off surface and said cavities have a draft angle and the shut off surface has the same angle.
